I learned so much and I will be completely revamping how I run my practices based on the knowledge I gained this weekend! Scott is brilliant. I truly feel this course will change the way I practice over my next 15 years! I will be signing up for his other courses!

Amazing course. Highly recommend for everyone to take. Excited to implement all of Scott’s recommendations from this course. Only recommendation would be for a notebook of all the slides and course handouts to be provided at the course, as was done in the past. Scott is an excellent presenter and instructor. I recently took Scott Leune’s business management course and found it extremely valuable. He is an excellent speaker! Clear, direct, and refreshingly honest. What really stood out to me is that he does not use the pushy, sales-heavy approach that so many management courses rely on. Instead, he focuses on education and real understanding.
His strategies were practical, well thought out, and backed by clear explanations and real-world examples that made it easy to understand why they work, not just what to do. The course felt realistic and applicable, not overly idealized or generic. I walked away with a better framework for thinking about practice management and more confidence in evaluating business decisions. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for straightforward, no-nonsense guidance.
Scott is a wealth of knowledge! The way he thinks about dentistry and questions why we do things, then studied it to find what matters, it’s remarkable. He has perfected the art of running a dental practice and I felt extremely lucky to be able to learn from him. The last 5 years I’ve tried to learn all I could from everyone I could and use my instinct and logic to try to propel my practice forward. A year ago I stumbled upon some podcasts he was on and everything he said made sense! He described the kind of dentistry, life balance and low stress management that I’d been trying to create. I implemented some of what I had heard. I listed to those same podcasts over and over to try and figure out how to iron out the execution and implementation but all along I knew I just needed to learn more from him. Coming to this seminar connected all those dots. I can’t wait to come to more seminars, bring my team to a seminar and we will be doing coaching. Why recreate the wheel when Scott has figured out a framework that works?! Thank you Scott for generously sharing your secret sauce so other practices can thrive and leave the rat race of burn everyone out and push harder. I know we have a lot of work to do to implement what I’ve learned but I feel hope in that what I’m creating if a beautiful space for all who work in my practice to thrive financially and love coming to work while never compromising on patient care and integrity.
After 26 years of dentistry, I really feel like this course gave me the opportunity to develop an organized, hopeful, energetic model to become a better practice owner! I wish I had listened to him sooner!
